Crystal Hot Sauce is a Louisiana style hot sauce produced by family-owned Baumer Foods since 1923.

Think of this sauce as salt and pepper made better. Crystal Hot Sauce adds a flavorful touch to everything, including beef and pork, fish and shellfish, chicken, vegetable dishes and more. Serve it straight on oysters, or add kick to a cocktail. You can use it to marinate or barbecue, add it to soups and gravies, salads and dressings. Use it to season everything!

The sauce is reddish orange in colour with a medium heat and milder flavor than Tabasco sauce.
