Sweet, hot and one of Culley’s original recipes. The Bhut Jolokia chilli is fiery, very fragrant and fruity with a slight hint of cotrus. It is well known with Indian style cuisine, particularly authentic curries, and also compliments meat, barbecues and tomato sauces. A super XXX hot sauce – one of the hottest! Not for the faint hearted, this extremely hot sauce made with Bhut Jolokia chillies also known as Ghost Chillies is great for adding that extra zing to your BBQs, Mardinades or Stir frys.

Ingredients: Red bell peppers, vinegar, onions, sugar, Bhut Jolokia (ghost) chillies, palm sugar, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, white pepper, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
