DESCRIPTION

A classic Thai garlic chili sauce - Sriracha.  The Flying Goose brand is a little more garlicky than the the famous Huy Fong brand and not quite as hot.

Ingredients: Chilli 61%, sugar 16%, water, salt, garlic, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate (E621), stabiliser: xanthan gum (E415), acidity regulator: acetic acid (E260), citric acid (E330), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202). 

May contain soybean, mustard.
