Kutbil-Ik XXXtra Hot Habanero Sauce - 10,000 to 12,500 on the Scoville scale - El Yucateco rescued this recipe from the culinary traditions of the ancient Mayan civilization, hence the name “Kutbil-Ik” - a Mayan word meaning “crushed chili”.

Ingredients: habanero chilli (40%), water, tomato, salt, onion, acidity regulator (acetic acid) (E-211), spices, antioxidant (citric acid) (E-330), preservative (sodium benzoate (E-211) (0.1%)), and stabilizer (xanthan gum) (E-415).
